Chandra Appell started making sourdough bread while she was at home during the pandemic. Since then, she has continued to bake and perfect her bread and bagels. In this class, Chandra will teach you how to make sourdough bread from start to finish. Chandra will show you each step and what to look for during the process. Nothing is wasted during the sourdough process! With the discard, you will learn how to make bagels. This is a hands-on class where you will feel the dough and learn how to form, boil, and bake bagels. Everyone will go home with their very own sourdough starter.
