Hello! I’m Katie Walter, the owner of Two Aprons Cookery, and I enjoy food – cooking it, eating it, traveling for it, reading about it and writing about it. I cook simply, from scratch and seasonally. I’m passionate about composting and running a less-waste, sustainable kitchen. I’ve been teaching cooking classes – first in London, then in Massachusetts and and now in Maine – for over 10 years. In my past lives I’ve co-authored a cookbook titled “Some Like it Hot” (Chronicle Books, 2005) and put in time at America’s Test Kitchen in Boston.
