Mocktails Class Wed, March 19, 2025 from 5-7pm | Sara Gross

Let’s mix up some mocktails! In this class, participants will explore zero-proof spirits and a variety of mocktail-ready ingredients made right here in Maine (syrups, shrubs, infusions, flavored sugars and more) - and learn how to turn them into beautiful non-alcoholic drinks that are sure to impress. Get hands on by making several special recipes, while hearing the stories of the Maine producers who made the featured products. All materials and recipes will be provided.

This class is taught by Sara Gross, executive director of Maine Food and Beverage Education Center and Maine Tasting Center in Wiscasset.
