Katie Walter is the owner of Two Aprons Cookery. Katie enjoys food – cooking it, eating it, traveling for it, reading about it, and writing about it. Katie cooks simply, from scratch and seasonally. Katie is passionate about composting and running a less-waste, sustainable kitchen. Katie has been teaching cooking classes – first in London, then in Massachusetts and and now in Maine – for over 10 years. In Katie co-authored a cookbook titled “Some Like it Hot” (Chronicle Books, 2005) and put in time at America’s Test Kitchen in Boston.
