Italian Dinner Class with Shawn Paciulli | Sun. April 13, 2025 from 1-3pm

Learn how to cook a beautiful Italian Dinner with Shawn Piciulli from Browne Trading Company. 

In this class you will learn to make and get to eat:

• Cotoletta alla Milanese (l'orecchia di elefante) Italian Pork Schnitzel
• Italian Potato Salad (No Mayo)
• Arugula Salad with an Emulsified Lemon Dressing

Shawn Paciulli realized at a very young age he loved to eat and so he quickly learned how to cook for himself. He was a chef in NH and MA for many years until he decided that he  wanted to sell food rather than cook for others on a daily basis. Shawn now works for Browne Trading Company in Portland, and they sell some of the highest quality seafood and caviar in the United States. Shawn loves a good conversation and an inquisitive customer, so please join this class and hopefully you will learn a few things, and heck maybe teach him something along the way!
