Hi! My name is Alexandra Vafiades. I’m a trained chef who attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island. I worked in fine dining in Portland for over a decade. I moved to Bath with my partner and we have been living in our first home for almost 4 years now with our two dogs, cats, and a snake. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and is as easy as breathing to me. It is my love language through and through and I want to be able to share that with others. Cooking and baking can be such a positive creative outlet and I hope teaching classes at Now Your Cooking will be another creative outlet for myself, as well as my students.
