Chris Toy is at it again with this class that marries traditional Asian dishes with Maine seafood! This class offers a full menu of Lobster Wonton Soup, Shrimp & Scallop Egg Rolls and Teriyaki Salmon, finished up with Maple Ginger topped ice cream. You’ll be making your own wontons and egg rolls for a hands-on experience! (Menu items contain gluten and shellfish.)
